My wife was able to get someone on the online chat feature who then informed us that Lowes doesn't do install for gas appliances in GA at all due to a code restriction? It says on the website that simple installation is a part of delivery.but if their delivery guys can't even recognize the correct part (we checked, it was the correct part), then I hardly trust them to do anything with a gas line in my house. Lowes wouldn't answer the phone at the store listed on the order, and their online customer service line has me on a 2-3 hour call back waiting period. They then told me I needed to talk to Lowes and took off. After complaining about the delivery and haul away, they then insisted the gas connector was the wrong part because the paperwork lists it as a water heater connector. We're in the midst of all the logistical trouble getting major kitchen appliances delivered that some have posted about before- but our delivery guys finally showed up today with the gas range portion of our order and acted like they had no idea why they were here or what we were expecting to have done.
